Zion Wellness Retreat

Are you ready to take the adventure of a life time and  step into the beautiful ancient energies of Zion National Park? We are holding space just for you! All you need to do is get yourself to the Las Vegas Airport by 11:00am on April 29th and we will take care of absolutely all the rest. After your arrival Las Vegas Airport you will hop on a shuttle ride to embark on a scenic 2 1/2  hour drive to the retreat homestead of Nama-Stay Retreat Center in Springdale, Utah.  

(If you are driving in please let us know and plan to arrive for check in at 4:00pm. There are plenty of parking spots available. Alternate airports to fly into include St. George Airport 40 minutes to retreat center or Salt Lake Airport, 4 hours to retreat center. Transportation will not be provided to and from these airports.)

Once you arrive at the airport All transportation, meals, snacks, beverages, accomidations and activities will be included. All we ask is you pack the appropriate clothing and gear for hiking. All yoga props including mats, bolsters, straps etc. will be provided. A recommended packing list will be sent out a few weeks prior to the retreat, but be mindful that weather conditions within the majestic canyon can be unpredictable and packing in light layers is always best. We will embark on 3 and ahlf days of deep dive yoga (all levels), meditation, mindful prompts, hiking explorations (all levels), concious culinary with all whole natural foods prepared just for you. A food preference/allergy sheet will be submitted prior to retreat. There will be some free time for you to relax on the grounds, in your cozy cabins or take the short walk into town for a little souvenier shopping.

Our final day as the retreat comes to a close we will send you out the door with lunch and snacks for our drive back to Las Vegas Airport. Along the way we will be stopping at the epic Valley of Fire State Park for one last adventure. Due to time constraints in wanting to make the most of our time we ask that those departing from Las Vegas Airport book departing flights at 7:00pm or later. If departing prior to 7:00pm you will be responsible for your own airport transportation and recommend booking the shuttle service through St. George shuttle.
